Fresher’s party -10  was organized on 28th August 2010 to welcome new entrants in BIT & BIP family by Babaria Institute of Technology  and Babaria Institute of Pharmacy managed by Shree Krishna Educational Charitable Trust.

The Fresher’s party is organized every year with the objective of welcoming the new entrants and building a bond between senior and junior students. It is also organized to encourage young students and providing them a platform to exhibit their talents. The hosting of this party at campus has become a reality due to the keen interest taken by Shri Jagdishbhai Patel, Chairman and Managing Trustee of Shri Krishna Educational Charitable Trust, Shri. Sudhirbhai Patel, Trustee , Smt. Kamalben Patel, Jt. Managing trustee, Dr. A.R.Nagera, Principal, BIT, Dr. S.S.Pancholi, Principal, BIP, Directors, Head of the departments, teaching and supporting staff members.

For celebration , a special event was organized in association with Radio Mirchi between 4.00 p.m. to 5. 30 p.m. During the event the main hosts were Manan & Vidhi , RJ’s of  Radio Mirchi 98.3 FM. Various games were planned by them for students and prizes were distributed.

Student’s event has started at 5.30 p.m. The program was inaugurated with lamp lightening by dignitaries and prayer dance. First performance was ramp walk on patriotic theme which was introduced by a motivational speech. The theme was decided as, BIT & BIP family would like to give a tribute to all freedom fighters and Martyrs. Various other events were also planned from different student groups.  A musical skit performed by group of 20 students showing their college life in all four years was appreciated by all invitees. Group and solo dance performances has become centre of attraction on that day. The program was concluded with dance party followed by dinner.
